Relax Be Happy ๐Ÿ˜Š

Weโ€™re are all going really fast, the earth itself is moving sixty-six thousand miles per hour through space and then again it spins over one thousand miles per hour. Thank you earth for setting a high standard for speed. When you think about everything on earth we created its all designed to go fast, letโ€™s start with a bicycle, then cars, planes, and now rockets. We are addicted to speed and want to go faster every day. Technology is great and I love it but where is it all taking us? You guessed it, everything that goes fast burns out fast too. Most of us are addicted to caffeine or some other stimulant to keep us going. Most of us stay up late doing whatever we do and then wake up early every day. We brag about how little time we sleep and how tired we are. We all know that this is bad for us so why do we continue to do this to ourselves?

We need to stop and relax it will lead us all to happiness. Relaxing is great, we all talk about it, we want it, yet we avoid it. Relaxing is healthy, it slows us down, it rejuvenates our bodies, it reduces stress, it also prolongs our lives, and it brings us happiness. Relaxing is therapeutic it gives us time to reflect on the busy time and be grateful for what we have, relaxing helps us appreciate life that much more and brings us happiness and joy. Slow down and relax, remember the fun you had when the time flew by.

Living life in the fast lane is great but remember to pull over and rest because it will bring you happiness. Think about racing even they must stop and preform maintenance, think about every sport, all of them have breaks and rest periods, think about work we all have breaks, and now think about life it also deserves a break. Taking a break to relax will recharge you, it will motivate you, and it will help you perform at a higher level, whether itโ€™s for sports, work, or your life, we all need a break to relax for a moment and enjoy what life brings us.

Think about a time when you met your friends and they had the best vacation, or weekend, or just a day to themselves at the spa or something. Do you remember how happy they appeared to be, did they glow out of excitement, were you jealous a bit and would love to feel that way? I believe we all want to feel that way and we can, we can feel happy every day. We just need to schedule some time and relax for a while. We can take just a few minutes a day to relax and reflect, we can take a day out of the week and do nothing but relax, we can take many short breaks and relax, it will bring happiness and it will rejuvenate your life. Relax, be happy, and enjoy life!

    โค๏ธ This blog! Thanks for this, I really do enjoy reading these, it reminds me to take a second and breath!!! Oh and although I am very busy, I love to find an evening to relax with the family or just my man! it usually has to be scheduled for it to happen but, who cares it happens and I get so re-energized from it. A little goes a long way in keeping my family together and happy. ๐Ÿ‘
