The Positivity Challenge Day 17

Happy Friday! I love Fridays! I love every day! Today is another great day where I got up early and I’m looking forward to the day ahead. I have a ton of meetings to attend and prepare for the next week. I have the weekend coming up and I want to make it special. Today’s goal for me is to plan the weekend and get my wife and kids excited for what’s to come. Its 5AM right now and my thinking is at its best right now!

I know you are wondering where I’m going with telling you all of this… I’m going to share my secret for my personal motivation and creativity.

My most productive and inspiring moments for me are between 4AM and 7AM. I drink my coffee which takes like 2 seconds (I like it cold). Then I look for inspiration and read a bunch of positive quotes and share one I love the most. Reading quotes inspires me. Then I workout and blog sometimes, I even do some house work. My day just started and its still early so accomplishing something this early makes me feel super motivated to enjoy the rest of the day.

The 3 step method for finding your best most positive and productive time…

Step 1

Think of a time you have the most energy.

Step 2

Use the time you found in step one to work towards your next goal or goals.

Step 3

Repeat step 2 everyday and create a habit.

Habits are hard to break so you never know where you could end up in a couple months….
