The Positivity Challenge Day 19

Only a few days left for the 21 Day Positivity Challenge. There was no plan to create this challenge it just came to me as day one describes. I enjoyed posting everyday about some of the things I learned. Today’s lesson comes from personal experience and it’s moderation. I have literally spent over 18 hours many Saturdays and Sunday’s just working on house stuff (we bought a fixer upper) and it’s almost all done. Anyway working on the house isn’t spending time with the family so I’ve learned to moderate. Now a few hours on the house and many more hours hanging out with the loved ones.

Sunday is just great! Im going to work a lot and then relax.

3 steps to help moderate anything you want…

Step 1

Realize you’re not Superman

Step 2

Come to the realization that you’re not Superman

Step 3

You’re not Superman! (Or maybe you are reading this and you are Superman then this does not apply to you šŸ˜‰) Just kidding…

There is only one step to moderation… If you think your doing too much of something… Just stop doing it 😊
