The Positivity Challenge Accomplished! The 21 Day Summary

Thank you for reading my blog for the last 21 days. This is the last day of the Positivity Challenge. Its been  an eye opening experience for me. I have learned so much from this and it has inspired me to live a more positive life. I received a lot of feedback and become more aware of my own actions which helped me become even more positive πŸ™‚

So long story short, I have learned to be more positive in many ways and here is the breakdown of everything I have learned in 21 days…

Day 1

I realized that I’m observing everyone else and when I do that I tend to focus on the negative. That’s why I started the Positivity Challenge. I focused on the people who were angry but what about all the people who were like me and didn’t care or were happy. Day 1 showed me what you focus on you will see, and think, and feel the effect, and it will become reality for you.

Day 2

I learned how to manage my time better by asking  better questions. So asking myself how can I do something instead of saying to myself why I can’t helps me come up with solutions. Asking better questions lead me to my own solutions which if I act on I accomplish.

Day 3

Change is good! Embrace the change! If you keep doing the same thing you will get the same results. Change may be difficult because we are creatures of habit but change may break up the cycle and inspire you to have a new idea. Accept change and act on your inspiration.

Day 4

Sometimes its great to sit back, relax, and do nothing. Everyone needs to recharge, remember to take some time to do nothing.

Day 5

Believe you can do anything! Make a to do list and challenge yourself to complete it in a day. You just might amaze yourself of what you can actually do in a short amount of time.

Day 6

Law of attraction works! If you put it in your mind and you believe it, it will come true. I’m already a significant public figure for changing the world for the positive!

Day 7

Positive self talk can pump you up and allow you to do what you thought before was impossible. I will keep telling myself I can do anything which is so true because I can do anything I want!

Day 8

Everything is extraordinary if you make it so. Drinking water can be amazing just think about it… you cant live more than 3 days without water. Its extraordinary that we have water available right now. I’m sure your looking for a drink now πŸ˜‰ Everything is truly extraordinary!

Day 9

No one is perfect so the best thing is to recognize what you need to improve and change it. I dint drink coffee in the afternoon but now I do and its giving me more energy and making me a better person. No more crabby pants!

Day 10

Accountability! People notice what you are doing. Best practice in my opinion is to share your goals and then everyone will remind you about them. Learn to accept the feedback if you get some, it’s free motivation!

Day 11

Plan for everything but if the plans don’t work out make the best of them. Enjoy every moment and then plan to plan the plans later πŸ˜‰

Day 12

Sometimes even what seems to be like the hardest task of them all you can accomplish it. The first thing you always have to do is START THE PROJECT. Once you start the project it becomes fun and then time goes by and whatever the task was its behind you. So start now if you have to do something! I hope you stop reading this blog, click like on the blog, and start a task you have been procrastinating, then complete that task, and continue reading…

Day 13

Every day is a great day! Tell yourself how great of a day you will have! Mondays are excellent, Tuesday will be special, and everyday after will be amazing!  Look forward to everyday!

Day 14

Be a positive influence! Thinking of myself being Captain Positive helps me feel like I have positive super powers and I can truly help save some one through positive inspiration πŸ™‚

Day 15

I’m seeing a pattern, after a day of having  fun I’m more motivated and inspired to do better at everything. Remember to take a break often because it will recharge you mentally and physically.

Day 16

Getting excited about my passion and taking daily steps toward my goals is motivating me. I’m focused on each day being a success which helps me reach my daily goals. I celebrate my accomplishments daily πŸ™‚

Day 17

My time to work on projects is early in the morning I have the best focus and energy. Now I’m utilizing that time to be the most productive myself I can be.

Day 18

I love spending time with my family! Having a free day to relax and enjoy with them is the best πŸ™‚ Day 18 is the day my goals to be a positive influence grown stronger. I want to be more focused and more productive when I work so I could spend more time with my family. I want to be the #1 DAD and Husband ❀ πŸ™‚

Day 19

Moderate! Getting things done early and knowing when to stop is something I’ve been practicing. I Complete a ton of work and I spend a ton of time with my family. I’m learning to moderate the different responsibilities. I’m no longer working on the house for 18 hours on Sunday now it’s more like 5 but that’s before everyone gets up so I can make breakfast πŸ™‚

Day 20

Doing more of what I value helps me recharge and live a better happier life. By spending more time with family relaxing i’m actual being more productive because after that i’m more focused on the mission I want to achieve.

Day 21

It may be the end of the challenge but its the beginning of the rest of my life of positivity and happiness.

This was fun! Thank you for reading my blog 😊
